Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to work as Remote CDL A Driver Recruiters on a 1099 independent contractor basis. This is a commission-only opportunity offering flexible work arrangements within the United States.
Recruiters are responsible for sourcing and screening qualified Class A CDL drivers and matching them with carrier opportunities within our network.
This position is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.

Compensation

• Commission-only (1099 independent contractor)
• Earnings are based on successful driver placements
• Compensation varies depending on individual performance and placement volume. 
• This position does not offer a base salary or hourly pay

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified Class A CDL drivers
• Conduct phone screenings and pre-qualify candidates
• Present drivers to appropriate carrier opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Manage recruiting pipeline and activity independently
• Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions as provided

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
• Professional, ethical, and dependable
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
• Preferred (Not Required)
• Previous driver recruiting experience
• Sales or commission-based work experience
• Transportation or logistics industry knowledge
• Training is provided for individuals who are coachable and willing to follow established recruiting processes.

Additional Information
